Q: What color do you think is best for a
website?
A: Colors can be a powerful element; some
of the most popular are blue, green, and grey. But a lot depends
on your products, services or organization.
Q: Can you set up my new e-mail accounts?
A: Yes we can redirect domain based emails
from your website to your current e-mail account or set up
entirely new email boxes. We can add auto-responders or customize

Q: Can you build a website that will allow
us to make changes within the site ourselves?
A: Yes, You will however need to purchase
Macromedia’s Contribute program. You can download it
from their website and they offer a free 30 day trial. This
program allows you to edit content and photos on your site.

Q: We aren’t sure what appearance
our new website design should have, how do we choose?
A: We recommend selecting websites that you
like the look and feel of, and then we can give you our input
based on our own design experience and the type of business
you are in.
Q: Can you build custom forms?
A: Yes, we can build forms for almost any
type of information that you want to collect including contact
forms. However, because many internet users are reluctant
to fill out forms, there should always be another way to contact
you such as an email link or phone number.

materials?

Q: What hosting company do you use to host
new websites?
A: We like using Linksky for brochure website's
and Earthlink for e-commerce. Both these companies offer quality
hosting, domain name registration and excellent customer support
available by email or toll free phone number.
Q: Will you make changes to our website
if we need them or do routine updates?
A: Absolutely, we currently have several
accounts we maintain with regular updated changes. Our hourly
rate is $55/hr.
Q: How many search engines should my website
be on?
A: Basically three - Google is by far the
#1 search engine, also Yahoo, and MSN. These three search
engines comprise over 90 % of all searches on the internet!
Q: Are search engine submissions included
when you build a new website?
A: Yes we submit all new websites to the
major search engines as part of your web design package. Where
applicable we also submit to “Google Local” which
will list your website in your areas “Google Local Directory”,
this service includes a map location of your business. Read

Q: We have an existing website with an average
design and need to fix it up as it has some problems, can
you work with that?
A: The answer would have to be no. Our experience
has shown us that the time it takes to unravel a “problem
site” is better spent on building an efficient user
friendly website you will really like. We can however, use
the photos, logos and language in your previous site to help
jumpstart a custom
new website.
Q: Some one told me if I have better key
words I’ll get more customers. Is it that simple?
A: Good key words help the search engines
find websites that will deliver results for that specific

Q: We have a lot of photos we thought should
go on one of the pages of our website; any ideas on that?
A: We can build either an album style page
or go with a slide show off to the side of your text area.
